[Improvement] Changed algorithm used for calculating the competition leaderboard. The leaderboard is calculated using this simple formula (competition entries / place) for each competition.

Competition

[Feature] Entrants in competitions can now opt out of voting, and active members can then snatch up the free vote. This is only used for the Overall vote.
[Feature] Competitions now end with an interactive award ceremony, where the results are gradually displayed.

[Improvement] Entrants now have to decide if they want to vote, when entering a competition.
[Improvement] Category nominations now allow for up to 5 entrants to be nominated.
[Improvement] Points given for voting are no longer added to Category results.

[Bug] Fixed a bug, where entries voted for in multiple categories, would show multiple times in the selection list.
